Spectral Shift
Spectral Shift if a 2D puzzle platformer focused on color. By shifting what spectrum of light you can interact with, you can activated doors, discover hidden platforms, and avoid dangerous spikes!
This game was built in 72 hours for Deynum Studio's "The Completion Jam". With a theme of "out of place", our game approaches this in a few ways. You move reflectors that are out of place to open doors, you switch spectrums to disable out of place platforms, and you move out of place color changers to manipulate the color of lasers. Sometimes, you are in the wrong spectrum to solve the puzzle and is what is out of place.
Made with 100% original code, art, and music.

On a "UX" note - I don't know how common this problem will be, but this is unplayable on my laptop, because on my laptop the touchpad is disabled while a non-modifier key is held down. So "hold space then move the cursor" is an impossible combination. (at least in the web version - I haven't downloaded it to see if it somehow handles it differently)
Hmmm... that’s interesting. Perhaps it’s your laptop’s palm rejection software blocking your mouse while you’re “typing”? This is definitely unusual behavior. On a developer side we can work to implement custom bindings for players. Sorry that you weren’t able to play!
Good catch! It’ll be fixed in the next patch 👌🏻
